So... I bought cicada's in the chicken walker sales... I think the CDA-3M is my least favorite of the three... but its okay... but I just can't get out of it (I can select a new mech, but mechlab doesn't change from cda-3m)... nor can access the skills area any more.. so I have 27K of XP and the basics aren't fully unlocked yet... (Yes I have emailed support)... but in the mean time I can only drop in the one mech - LOL.
Has this anybody else had this happen?

Wow, that's a 'feature' Ive never heard of before. Did you try logging out of the game client and back in and see if it still happens?

Well that sounds like a very weird bug you have found. But what other cicadas you got besides the ecm one? I have found out that I have most fun and success in that hopping *******.

Try running a repair on the client. BTW, this is prolly something support will tell you to do at anyrate.

The Cicada 3M becomes so much more enjoyable when you realize that the UAC5 quirks are not strong enough for a singlular UAC and just run laser vomit or PPCs instead.

Done this several times... and checked my wifi adapter hadn't defaulted back to power save mode :/

The 2a & 2b are more enjoyable by far. Nothing like repeatedly jamming single uacs

I've had a similar issue, but logging out and logging back in fixes it for me. You might give the repair tool a shot though.

run mine with a lbx10 and 3 ML or 4 SPL lots of fun with quirks, skill and mod the lbx10 cool down is 37% and a max range over 1600 it's nice to get free damge in the early game

Support (who answer pretty quickly) have emailed me a link to some fix corrupted/blocked and uninstall/reinstall things file.. will try when I'm next on. (its a Steam install and the validate local files comes up all peachy).
Meanwhile I believe that my cda-3m now has enough Xp to master it (when I do get access skils again)
