The Bounty Hunter II is really great, Marauders are good in general but the Bounty Hunter is probably one of the best cbill grinding mechs. I run 3ERLL, 4MPL, and an XL300 with JJs. You could do 3LPL and a few MLs with pretty much the same setup.
You can run a LB10x and a bunch of med lasers too. Or if your good with gauss, you can do gauss / 2ERPPCs with it.

Some of the Shadow Hawks can easly turn into metacheese. But I like to test out and have fun in my SHD 2D with 3 SRM 2, AC10 and 3 ML. Also a reasonable STD engine, 270 I think. I like generalist builds which in "general" arent as meta as specialist builds with just one weapon type used. I do Hope PGI listens and makes generalist skill nodes a thing to consider seriosuly. A shifting meta is a healthy meta, specialists and generalists alike.

Hey, I have 3 adders myself and I like them. I personally dislike the Adder Prime the most, but it could be just how I'm playing it. It can have some good rounds though. I run my Adder Prime with 2xERLLs and 3xMLs. Or I put 5xMPLs on it I love my 4x SSRM4s, 1x MPL Adder the most though. I goof off sometimes with my 3rd Adder with a LBX/20 and a SL. As for the 3 ACs, I like to run a shadow hawk with 3x AC2s and 1x ML, you can get a macro-like firing going if you click right.

The Adder Prime is best with the lore build of dual PPC's TBH. It gets really hot, but it's a good poker that most people will overlook.

And the Bushwacker is the best medium AC/2 boat I've come across so far. 3x AC/2's and a LPLas on an XL 280 engine.

I never liked the PPC build on the Prime, like you said, too hot

I've returned to mine lately and been surprised how tough and potent they are. After the 35 ton mechs all became huge, the CDAs are pretty tanky in comparison, and still decently quirked. The 2B has always been my fave, but I've been having some fun with the 2A lately too (I miss the JR7-F badly and it's similar).
