So doing a new install and the Portal has been installing for about 45 minutes or more. Program is running, but not doing anything, the progress bar just keeps going back and forth.

Afaik, that should have not taken that long, i did mine last night and was only a couple minutes give or take. Only the main DL was about a 2 hour for me.

The portal was quick. Patching the test server took about 40 minutes for me.
