Personally i feel this should be By Class,
Lights can get get +5(5x1)
Mediums can get get +4(5x0.8)
Heavies can get get +3(5x0.6)
Assaults can get get +2(5x0.4)
(heavier mechs get light protection in the form of Seismic)
(so this would Give lights something as well to help them sneak around the map)

Assaults can get get 2.0(5x0.5)
(this would let lights scout for Missile Boats better)
(Aiding Lights even more in a Support Role)

Heavies can get get 35%(5x7%)
Assaults can get get 25%(5x5%)
(this because Bigger mechs can take TCs)
(IS doesnt get TCs Yet but should with new Tech(July)
i would like to see theses added to the Sensor and Infowarfare Tree,
as well as reducing Radar Range to 600m, to put more emphasis on Sensor Range,
Thoughts, Comments, Concerns?
