Ok guys, what if we let all Battlemechs be able to mount any engine size? Since PGI didn't follow the TT rules about max engine size anyways, might as well go all out.
It's a broad buff, but useful only in a few mechs like in the Blackjack where the engine size ends at 235, a really weird rating.
Thoughts?

Max engine size should be based on the tonnage of the mech. Failing that, some mechs with stupidly low caps should simply have them raised.

Well why not give regular mechs an option to change hardpoint type for Cbill's while we at it? (oh yeah Atlas with Ac20 in right torso and 3 uac5 in the other.. or another ac20
)
One can always dream.
A hope for fully customizable mech. Want to fill your empty tonnage with additional 2xAMS? oh you think your regular Centurion is bit too slow, fit a MASC innit.
Yup....man can always dream.
