Though I think Bud pretty much covers it, I am going to throw in actual Info Warfare. Make active and passive sensors, make the real actual ECM suites instead of the strange hybrid we have, make command console DO something worthwhile, have it be actually worth it for lights to be real info tech fighters.

Oh and actually reward lights for things like ams cover, being that person that sits in the dom circle, etc etc. there needs to be more rewards, ones that reward things more than damage, kills, assists.

No kidding. Even a small detail like turning Active/Passive radar makes a huge difference. Take for instance MW:LL. Its a simple toggle between Active and Passive but it makes the game so much more immersive and interactive. Combat changes and stealth becomes a factor. Its a small thing with a huge impact.
