There is a really bad hitbox on sulfurous rift by the omega gun. Attacker left side of omega gun has a huge hitbox that you cant shoot through even though you can see the mech and he can see you. This has been like this for so long PGI PLZ fix.

I suspect you mean an invisible wall on the side of the omega gun?

Screenshot in a training run and send to PGI, they may even give you a few days of premium time.

All the hormones around Omega are like that, on every map.

Post in map feedback section, although, a few of us have and it's got nowhere in 5 months.

These have been there since 2014 and have been reported over and over. At this point, nothing is getting worked on except the 1 player doll builder.

Pgi doesnt care about FW there fore the player base does not care about FW...

Its sad really, there is suppose to be a MAP GUY who is responsible for this or so i thought, dont wanna go assuming anything but wouldn't this be his only job?

Maybe there are other maps that are worse? Maybe he was an intern?

But yes, the weird cords or tubes around Omega have eaten 1,000's of point of dmg from all of us im sure over the years.

PGI, why you no make game enjoyable!?!?

It's a known issue, PGI just has not done any map improvement to invasion maps beyond flipping one of the generators around on Emerald Taiga.

I think it has to be the largest invisible wall ever created in the game. The fact that it then gets replicated across every invasion map is really frustrating.

On the plus side, if you know it exists you can abuse it. poke your head out to draw fire while you're still behind the invisible wall. Then pop out a little further and get your shot in.

It's the cables on the sides of the omega cannon installation, the invisible box is much larger than the actual cable texture.

Edit: What you have to do is pay very careful attention to your rangefinder on your reticle, and the moment it changes as you move horizontally to the cables is when you can shoot. Opponents will also often shoot you back but hit the cable textures.
