So, since founder's who bought the pack with Mech founder's will get one.

Will it be available to modify the weapon's, the ammo storage and all that sort of thing on the mechlab or we will be stuck to a predefinite BT?

Russ said that you'll get a regular mech (albeit with a 25% bonus to credits). This will be the prime variant and you'll be able to modify weapons, ammo loadout, armor, heat sinks just like with any other mech. You'll also be able to tech up from these. It'll be part of the regular tech tree (but you'll get the extra garage slots)

So If I get let's say, an Atlas, I will be able to buy the Atlas, the same variant of my Founder's Atlas, and also use it with out the 25% C-bill bonus?

I haven't seen anything to the contrary. (though I don't see why you would )
More like you'd tech up to get the other variants... and when I say tech up I say that without ANY knowledge of the trees so again ... I may be completely off base.

Because I come from world of tank (that game who become more and more bad the update come's), and in that game, the premium's tank can't get modify weapon. And are stick to a predefinite battle style....
