I've heard some troubling things about the lights...and i'm concerned a poor/mediocre weight class will be even worse

The notes mention further tweaks to the mobility of 'light mechs and mechs that are defined by there mobility' ...here's hoping there are fun lights & fat lights post go live!

Not quite sure how no one mentioned the most obvious. Grind like a mad man and save every c bill you can get your hands on so you can re-master some of your mechs, post patch. Been trying to stockpile c bills since they first announced the c bill gating in PTS1. Should hopefully have somewhere between approximately 80 and 90 million by the time the patch finally goes live.
