The legislation would eliminate the Rule of Three levied on the wealthy to help pay for new content. Nearly everyone in the Top 1%, who earn more than 774,000 C-Bills a year, would enjoy a hefty tax cut, averaging 33,000 skill nodes, according to the non-partisan NGNG Policy Center. Those in the Top 0.1% would get an average tax cut of about 197,000 skill nodes.
And the bill would allow folks to contribute more to Skill Savings Accounts, which are primarily used by non-Cheapskate Americans who can afford to sock money away for skill node respec expenses.
