Lucky Charms 3 was good as expected. Thanks PGI, it's always fun to open the loot bags. But with the changes in Faction Play or not the design of the event adapting to that change, siege matches were really hard to get. It is going to be considered a rarity to achieve prizes from that specific game mode... hardly available.

Any time I can make 30 mill and 600+MC doing what I like anyway... always a bonus....

From my 125 bonus bags (basic packs for the cougar, uziel, annihilator, madcatmk2, javelin)...

The banshee, 3.825 million cbills, 14 improved and 12 priority consumables, 4 warhorns, 390MC, 12 cockpit items, 1 flamer, 1 small laser, 5900 GXP.

From games played

Assault... 4 cockpit items, 1 small laser, 40MC, 1600 GXP, 2 days premium time, 1 warhorn, 2 priority consumables, 675,000 cbills.

Conquest.... 4 cockpit items, 2 priority and 3 improved consumables, 1500 GXP, 65MC, 787,500 cbills.

Skirmish.... 1 cockpit item, 1 day premium, 4 priority consumables, 90 MC, 1300 GXP, 787,500 cbills

Domination... 3 cockpit items, 1 improved and 1 priority consumables, 85 MC, 1900 GXP, 1,287,500 cbills.

Escort... 1 day premium, 1 warhorn, 1 improved and 4 priority consumables, 105 MC, 900 GXP, 835,000 cbills.

Scouting (11 matches only so far)... 2 cockpit items, 1 warhorn, 1300 GXP, 162,500 cbills

Siege (none played yet)

So... totals up so far as 26 cockpit items, 6 warhorns, 4 days premium, the banshee, 19 improved and 25 priority consumables, 14,400 GXP, 8.36 million cbills, 710 MC. Not a bad haul I think. Paid for 20 cache keys (which among their haul got me 2 mech bays and a radar dep module), and a BLR-1S so far.

I check the bar after every quick play I do, and any time we get close to tripping it from Assault to Siege, IS wins.

The only thing I could think of would be to go into faction play and try to lose, but that seems like it would get me in trouble.

One thing about the prizes irks me a bit: The MC consumables. I never, ever dare to use them, since I'm afraid I'd forget about equiping them. Too much of a risk for the autofill to drain my MC. I'd rather get small lasers and flamer any day. At least I could sell those...

P.S. Still no Banshee :,(

lots of goodies, if I add up between this and my alt(s)
combined, I did get 25 Sieges in, but only half done or less on each.
I haven't done any scouting, still have time for that, Escort only half done, I only vote for escort, it seems 1 of 8 times voting gets me Escort, because my multiplier reaches x7

other then not getting to play siege (event or no event) I find this a very successful event for me

Yep have to agree, there could/should be mechanism that autofill MC consumables as long as player has them in stock and when you are out of them popup a message to tell you that "you are out --> want to buy more?"

Still picking up Loot Bags here, but having trouble getting modes I need. Siege is beyond reach for me. Frankly, it causes my previous words to ring extremely true...

I've had similar happen to me. However, the same can NOT be said for Siege mode. Getting matches of that type is hard-to-impossible. ...but PGI is seemingly unaware of the unnecessary problems and pressures they're putting against casual-class players. I really do enjoy and appreciate Events such as this, but the implementation keeps leaving a sick feeling in my stomach. If only PGI would think to not create unreachable situations due to far too many variables being beyond a single person's control, then they would finally have the perfect Event design. :unsure:

I just got my Grand: BNC-3M(C). I have nealy all others except no siege bags. I wasn't really expecting it, like I never expect a mech when I open those crates.

But what's more great, if I win current game, I will basic my last Stalker, then I can instantly master the first one I originally wanted, and then I can carry TWO modules on it. It's the one with +15% missile range so with LRMs it really needs sensor range boost as well as target decay. I expected much from that Stalker and so far it's been letdown, so I expect now it will be able to use that 15% range quirk.

One of the other Stalkers are cool because of missile heat quirks. Ah, the game finished already; I need to get testing my new improved Stalker.

Another great event, though it is difficult to get a "Siege" map since that is somewhat randomly selected and on a timer depending upon faction winnings. Perhaps this was created as a condition by PGI to get players to play faction more often, but it equally works both ways. Some players likely won't join till a Siege mode is in play. Perhaps this is something to consider about our current options regarding faction play.

I'd vote in the future to make it 'any faction match' and have the faction versions of QP modes not count toward the QP bags. If things are balanced properly, siege SHOULD be rare. Oh, and make the total number of faction bags (including those from Scouting) equal to the total of all QP mode bags added together.

Same here I've been trying to sneak in since games when i should be doing something else. 35 matches and four days later I've got a shed load of gxp though. And some good premium time ( the MC loot rewarded me with 10 days from a supply cache) and a few other of days so I've earned lots of cbills. But no banshee : (
