When did PGI code an automatic apology message for friendly fire? To those of you who got an apology from me, I am NOT sorry I shot you!

If its done automatically, are you actually "sorry" that you did it? If you are truly sorry, then you'd actually take the time to type an apology instead of even using the inbuilt "Sorry" command.

Never seen the game apologize for me for shooting a friendly. You sure about this one?

The drawback to that is it takes time away from shooting enemy stompy robots, which is what you mostly need to do to help everyone on your team. The "Sorry" shortcut shows you care enough to apologise but don't want to stop fighting for them and the other ten people on your side while you do it - a nice feature that keeps everything flowing smoothly Posted Image

Would be too distracting while trying to play...

"Sorry!"
"Sorry!"
"Sorry!"
"UAV activated."
"Sorry!"
"Sorry!"
"Sorry!"
"Sorry!"
"Left arm critical."
"Sorry!"
"Sorry!"
"Sorry!"
"Sorry!"
"Sorry!"...

The original poster may have accidentally selected "Sorry" from the command wheel?

As may be relevant to the topic,
it is a violation of the Code of Conduct to
willfully or repeatedly damage your teammates.
Such griefing behavior may be reported
via the in-game player context-menu or
by emailing moderation@mwomercs.com with any details and/or evidence.

[mod]As there is no "automatic apology message for friendly fire" in the game,
this thread has been moved to Kaetetôã.[/mod]
