shadow will still be good with the 1e1b pod. This will allow for a 4b,2e,ecm,masc build.
With the new tech im guessing 4 heavy machine guns with 2 heavy large lasers.

I'm very upset by the executioner nerf, it totally wasnt a P2W mech in any capacity

it was "pay to do something other than laserpuke" and i was looking way forward to it, now im just sadfaced eternally by it.

2, atm12's . Got to remember with the new tech the number of hardpoints isn't going to matter as much.

Well really those who wanted C-bill versions. The real only reason people would want them is they have a surplus of C-bills. Also many of the mediocre chassis heros got nerfed hard so again they win.

You can still run 4xASRM6s with lasers, which is big punch. The Hero is still a great choice to buy, if you like Executioners. But yeah, I tweeted to Russ about the potential overnerf of Executioner Hero.

truth is, you were willing to spend $15 just for a single unique omnipod and now you don't have to, so you're not throwing pgi that $15. you wanted to buy a potential advantage over free players and now that it's been removed, you're being salty.

if you were going to spend $15 to get the scat for its camo and unique hard point (which it still has), you'd still have. spending the same amount of money gets you exactly the same thing. nothing's changed.

If this was 2013 or 2014 it would have bothered me but now with so many options is doesnt really matter. A lot of power creep has already happened, that boat sailed. With the new tech coming, some of that power creep fairy dust is going to be spread around in new and interesting ways, most likely fun, most definitely even.

Lets face it, power creep power sells and PGI has to make money to keep going. p2optimize isnt the worst thing to have happened. I mean, compare Clan Heroes to Clan launch balance itself....What a joke that was. I dont think PGI can ever outdo Clan Launch balance.


Better p2optimize than blatant p2w. There are still excellent free cbill options that poop on most of those so called game breaking hero omnipods. Warhammer, Night Gyr, etc etc.
