Ever since 4 or so days ago when i tried to play the game, i start it from steam, and it doesnt show up. In the task manager it shows it has started, uses 11-13% cpu, but does not Actually start.
Ive tried verifying integrity, uninstalling and installing again, running directly from .exe , both normal and as admin - nothing works.
Any ideas?

Using Antivirus program like Comodo? See above link made a few days ago. The players with the issues were all running Comodo. Something was likely changed in their last update.

Make use Window Defender is updated and scanning, and Windows Firewall should have defaulted to on then.

Thanks to Carl Tabot and Rogori!
I knew it was a Firewall-Problem because I couldn't start after an firewall update. But the update of the firewall crashed so I wasn't sure if it was because of the crash or because of the update itself.
I gave all .exe in the mwo-folder permission to access the internet.
Even reinstalled firewall and mwo.
So just wanted to say thank you.
