We all get some pretty bad matches sometimes. Whether it's your team not working together or you just sucking bad that round or dropped frame rate and lag. These happen and it just happened to me in a horrible way.
In this case it was a mixture of Me sucking badly and Lag. I was in a Highlander IIC. Wiped the dust off this baby and took it for a ride. Forgetting how sluggish it was.
Starts off with me trailing a Cheetah with my 2 ER Large lasers right into the CT of a lance mate which somehow kills him immediately. Then the comms go into an Uproar. I'm the elephant in the room now. Things calm down for a few minutes while.im firing Lrms at enemy assaults. Then my nightmare comes along. A shadow cat and lag mixed with people on comms saying go this way no go this way no go this way no dude your not listening your gonna get yourself killed. Headphones are now off.
Im already dead. Not literally yet but in my mind. I'm already dead. But I keep firing my ACs and Lasers.
Direct HIT OH YEAH!! THIS SHADOWHAWK HAS GOT.TO BE HURTIN right?
Wrong.
The screen shifts back to what I was really shooting at due to lag. I had been firing volleys of AC Ammo and armor melting laser beams into a wall.
Now.im just fed up.
Shadow Cat dances around me taking off my weapons one by one.

Enemy had 9 perma-dead in CW Domination match while most of us were on only our 3rd mech. Somehow we all managed to die at the same time, allowing the 3 enemies who were left to cap out the circle. Shamefur dispray!

I've had great matches and some of the worse games ever (like since closed beta "ever") these past few days. Like 25 damage, dead in the first 4 minutes lousy. I also made the mistake of pushing up a hill when our self chosen leader called for it. I was a medium, there were like 3 assaults and 3 heavies around me. I kept to a 55 kph move. They all hid behind me. I really have to learn to stop taking one for the team....
