The ability levels of people here in English vary. As do the ability levels of people here in Japanese. Some can, some cannot.
But since the people elsewhere in the forum (as in, outside the International subforums) all speak English, どうしてきよしさんは日本語のフォーラムで英語を話せる人を探してる?

Hello! How is everyone? I'm Leigh. I'm learning Japanese as a second language.
Forgive my horrible grammar/spelling. I'm still a novice. I'm really surprised that the Japanese speakers got their own forum. I might poke my head in from time-to-time and use it as a bit of practice (and a bit of fun, too).
よろしくおんえがいします

We who have English as our native tongue also have access to translation software that can extrapolate the written words or foreign languages into grammatically incorrect sentences —which despite aforementioned flawed translation— we can understand and respond to. So while the sentence after this once will probably be horribly mangled and be nothing more then gibberish, it should convey my point. こんにちは!
(I ran this post through the English -> Japanese translator then back again to see how badly it would be mangled. Not gonna lie, I laughed for a good two solid minutes.)

Thus, because there are limits to the ability of automated translations, in the event that you don't actually study the language, you probably will not be able to understand the true meaning of what is said.
最近、このフォラームはちょっと静かやけど。。。
Recently, this forum is a bit quiet though...

日本人向けのサイトで殆ど宣伝されていないことです。
Because mwo is and do not have Japanese support,
and Is that it is not advertised on the site most of the Japanese.
Japanese are really ignorant to such a game.

ご存知の通り日本のMWOプレイヤーは多くありません、2ch発のグループはそこそこの人数で遊んでいます。
日本語フォーラムに書き込むメンバーはいないので目立ちませんが・・・ここももっと賑わうと良いですね。
