Was it intended for the Skill Tree Nodes(structure and armor) to calculate after Quirk bonus?

Example:
Marauder 3R: Right Torso Internal Structure
Basic 32 Quirks +16 = 48 +30% skill tree = 62 end Internal Structure
Timberwolf Prime: RT
Basic 32 Quirks +0 = 32 +30% skill tree = 42 end Internal Structure

Marauder 3R benefits by this calculation by +4 points.
MAD:62 -Quirk16 = 46 (substract quirk)
TBR: 42 (quirkless)

Both have 30% bonus and same weight 75t.

Armor test was the same used an Adder-B for it Left(+12Quirk)/Right(+0Quirk) arm.
29/44 -Quirk(+12) = 29/32 Armor

Quirk armor and structure is considered part of the base armor/structure value for the purpose of calculating bonuses from the skill tree. That is intended behavior.

The Quirks should be the extra and should not generate extra.
Make mechs with high Structure and Armor Quirks even more durable most times its only a few points but it makes sometimes the difference between death and survive.
