Bug: Roughneck Got +Cooldown, Etc. Instead Of -Cooldown

Since the Roughneck is easy to hit/ core out the Center Torso or Side Torsos even with the armor/structure buffs and has limited hardpoints I am assuming the +20 Cooldowns, +10 Heat, etc. are typos. A BUG. It's also the exact opposite of what they have on Live as well.
