I feel like this conversation where you say stuff that's totally wrong, I correct you and you double down comes up a lot.
we established that someone in your unit told WHAT was good but you lack the basic fundamentals to know WHY, therefore you are unable to apply what you know as Information in a meaningful way as Knowledge... get that same someone to explain the WHAT in this case as well.

You can fit 5 RAC5s on an Annihilator with a STD 260 and just about enough ammo and a tiny bit of armor stripping. With 4 RAC5s you could do an LFE 300 and plenty of ammo. Who said anything about ISXL?
great the IS Direwhale... only slower, count me excited as fuc k that IS is getting one of the lowest Clan Assault power level mechs as their new one. That really sounds like it is going to transform the game

Height from the ground is NOT irrelevant because it determines what ground level cover you can, and can not, shoot over. Same reason the Mauler is better than the King Crab in most situations, better weapon clearance. Sure, not at cockpit height but still good. Same reason the KDK 3 is better (even if all other tech was the same), clearance. There's a lot of situations where the higher position of the KDKs ballistics are better for shooting over cover, not just hill humping.
KCG work great when you put x3 LPL & x3 SRM6+A in extremely high Torso mounts that defeats the problem of it having very low slung Arm weapons, some nonsense here when in your previous example then the Anni is going to have guns in its low slung Arm as well. Just gobbly-gokk of you trying to apply static learned information to a new problem set.

In terms of hill-humping there is no comparison because the MK2 has JJs. However at 90 tons it could run 3 peeps and a gauss with JJs. Depends where the locked components are. Is it going to be worth the 15 tons greater cost than the Night Gyr? Due to PGIs patented 'Hover Jets' probably not. Yes, 3 peeps at once is hot but at long range when you've got time to cool, doable. It's possible some people will run 4xpeeps on the MCIIA, because it doesn't have that locked FF and room for a lot of DHS.
I am talking about the an existing standard KDK-3 build that is so prevalent it has its own name, a Pokebear. It is a very common build on MAD-IICs as well... so you are once again babbling gooby-gokk that has no bearing on what I said. Why run x3 cERPPC when you can do X2/x2 and have not only NO ghost heat but a very cool build, it does not need to poptart to be viable since the BEST two mechs in the game already run the same build and neither has JJs to do it.

So, to clarify, due to higher position of the mounts the Anni will be a better ballistics boat than the King Crab (for example) and possibly the Mauler, for the same reason. Also spread of ballistics over arms and torsos at high position. Yes, the head sticks up but not all engagements start with walking over a hill. Most are around corners and open lanes.
So to clarify... I once again had to systematically destroy what you said because it was unintelligent nonsense. Who ever it is in your unit who tells you things, run it by him/her before replying to me. Save me the trouble of having to break it down for you point by point, probably can accomplish it much faster over TS anyways.
