I have chronic pain in my lower back and hands. I also suffer from migraines induced by eye strain.
All that mean that I can play for an hour or two before I have to wrap my hands in warm bandages and kill the lights to rest my eyes.
Quite hard to play when you see spots of light and your fingers tremble ...
After years of having these conditions, you learn to live (survive ?) with pain ... it's never easy, and most of the time I'm buzzed on painkillers, but it's mostly manageable.
But on bad days, I'm bed ridden and moaning.
I'm broadly the same--hands and back trouble. Not nearly as bad as yours, but there are those days when I squeeze that extra game in even though it means disaster for my back the next few days.

Omfg, so now p-u-k-e is a bad word? What is it, kindergarden forum?
Huh. I'd assumed you'd just misspelled "sick" by striking "d" instead of "s."

My wife vomits if she watched more than a few minutes of ANY first person shooter.
Anecdotally - many of the women and girls in my life (going back to my '90's childhood) have gotten motion sick watching FPS.
But I've never really heard this from my male friends/relatives. Is it something biologically gender-related, or is it just that guys like video games so much they force themselves to acclimate?
