The new tech should have came first then Tukie III.
This is just ridiculous who plans this stuff anyway?

I am sure it wont change anything on the outcome for your team.

Edit: I ll take it back, maybe you ll contribute more in them then in your lurmboats.

If you run 4x Locusts.. you're going to be pulling a match score of about 40-50 points per game.

Night Gyr
Mad Dog
Arctic Cheetah
Total 240 tons.
It seems simple, you have 2 Night Gyrs with Erpp Gauss and stand back on open maps to rack up the damage and hopefully kills. Then when it gets to the end you have a splat dog to play clean up on broken mechs. Lastly in the case a light mech is required you have the cheeto.
As for inner sphere I have no idea. They are not going to win anyways. IS has never won a T-event before and nothign going to change that.

And you good sir can go kick a rock.
Smoke Kittens crack me up, I see most of you riding the coat tails of a few l33t clan players in FW.
And most of you sadly although not surprisingly never realize they just use you for meat shields.
Just to pad their own kdr's.
Yeah.

Yeah.
Good.
The angrier you are the easier the fight will be.

Nothing beats a good pre battle **** chat.

OOooooh, I like this game:
Three Cataphracts and a Vindicator. The deck is a little light, but with all those OP quirks, I think it is only fair.
Oh man, with those offensive quirks on the Phracts...I am going to beat the hell out of the terrain like you have never seen.
If this was a game about digging trenches, the Phracts would be the meta.

No ballistic on the 733p, the 732 has a gauss cooldown of 30% with module.
or the joke went way above my head?

You know that the phract isnt that bad and can do a few things fairly well?

Oh I know. But that doesn't mean that it is even remotely competitive.
Bad hit boxes and low slung hard points are not offset by all the quirks they have. If they did they would be used more, but they aren't. Find me a competitive player bring a Phract into MRBC or a top tier CW unit running them consistently. Good luck.
If you have a Black Widow would you take a 4x?
If you have a Marauder with JJ would you take a 3D?
If you have a Warhammer would you take any of the other Phracts?
Illya is still viable for hot maps, especially on defense but even this single niche...is still just a niche. There are better over all choices. Only "unique role" is the 0xp and that is only for the ecm, which realistically is not much of a role for a 70 ton mechs...oh and I see the Tempest over there waving too.
That's just the IS.
Compare the phracts to what the clans bring to the table and their comparative lesser value is made even more apparent.
Yes the Phract has some value and niche use but there are just far better mechs for a CW dropdeck and "OP quirks" don't change that fact.

Crab, Grasshopper, Grasshopper, Black Knight - for a more even distribution of tonnage and better speed/maneuverability
Battlemaster, Battlemaster, Cataphract, Locust - for more firepower up front, and a fast mech if I need to reinforce quickly/do some harassing
(I use the CTF-3L with 2 high-mounted LPL for hill humping and 2 more in the right arm for peaking around corners/alpha striking when pushing/being pushed. It's one of my favorites.)
