Did Pgi Fix The Tukayyid W/l Bar?

The bar is showing 7% to Clans.
That is roughly the disparity people crunching the numbers came up with for actual wins between the factions.
Did PGI fix it or is there a bug that is fluking what we truly expected?

Probably some have switched to Liao for that juicy +40% bonus rewards.

Chances are some groups in Clans aren't playing as much.

7 day contract mercs switched to is for bonus rewards
ONLY reason why IS bar in FW got above 35%
