See the issue is from what i've seen is your new to scouting. Scouting and Faction Warfare in general is a whole different kettle of fish compared to Quick Play. You need different builds for FW and for scouting.
Also who runs a Cent with out a ballistic weapon, that's just not cricket.

Scouting is 4v4 with no matchmaking.
You need to be dropping as a 4-man organised group and work together. If you are dropping alone, by yourself, that is why you are losing.
Run four GRF-2Ns and you'll win 90% of your scouting drops. The only groups you'll lose against are 4-mans that bring Novas with good builds, and 4-mans that bring lights and ignore fighting to farm intel and escape. Otherwise, you win.
Bring friends.

As i am not going to acquire new mechs for the time being, my best bet would be teaming with some super good player who can carry the team, at least i have win 1 or 2 games in last 40+ games, if i am lucky enough perhaps i can make it....

EDIT: Ninja'd, but here are some considerations relative to your new build.
1. Artemis is costing your build 3 tons.
2. SRM4s have a shorter cycle time than 6s, and are less reliant on Artemis.
3. UAC5s jam just when you need them not to.
4. LB10X is good for legs and critting open components, have only 66% the heat of a UAC5 double tap, and provide a higher DPS (taking into account jams).
5. My build provides the same alpha, but higher DPS (albeit at higher heat).

I support this build. I built mine to fit the quirks but this is gud.

People he's Tier 6 he says, that means he struggles to aim and manouver simultaneously... and you want him to brawl ... =( cmon guys use brains please.
Heres what to do. Forget about aiming, F that, get in ANY fast light (locust probably best) and just work on manouvering, all you have to do is run around and avoid the enemy till you manage to get 10 intel or the timer gets down to 3 minutes, then the dropship will arrive with the extraction zone, you go and hide NEAR it (about 15-30 seconds travel time away depending on where you can find cover to hide and you wait till the timer gets down to the time it takes to get to that extraction zone remaining and you make a zig-zag dash for it, you need to be in the square as the timer reaches 0.
PRO TIP, if you engage heat vision and zoom you can see intel nodes yellow glwoing crest on top of them through walls, it helps find the intel nodes faster.
If you cant do that, go hide in a corner of the map powered down for 12 minutes and set your timer so when dropship arrives you just power up and run to it (timing entering the zone till the last possible second so enemy dont have time to kill you (and run around inside the dropzone dont stop)
Its great for pissing both your team and enemy team off, your team because they had to fight 3v4 and "would have won the brawl if you were with them in a heavier mech (most of the time this is wrong)" and the enemy team who have 4 mechs still alive lose the game to you "smoke diving" I believe is what it is called, it is a completely valid tactic, just try to approach from an angle their streak boat is not on.
I am in Australia and off to sleep now, but if you cant get it in the next 8-10 hours add me to friends and message me and I'll help you when the last day begins because i will need to get my 400 match score done anyway. (which i usually do in 12v12)
P.S. I usually dont do what I am suggesting but it happens all the time, I prefer to brawl for better cbills / match score.

And i struggled to get 80pt per game for invasion as well, most of the time all i can do with 4 mechs is 300~400 dmg, 60~70pts....PGI really need to give the alternative option to complete the challenge by accumulating points.....

1) Separate with your friends and gather a max of intel. If some are dying, not a problem, only one mech at the end is enough.
2) Hide until the dropship come.
3) Even if the ennemies are on the beacon of the Dropship, rush it when the timer is almost done.
4) Win.

Timing is the key, make the light mech run into your splat.
Unless their stupid enough to face hug you then - well splat.

If you don't have any interest in buying mechs that are good for CW, and struggle to use SRMs, then your best bet is honestly to just go play quick play and refine your skills and mech loadouts there.
A skirmish is a really unforgiving place to learn how to play the game, and in my opinion not very fair to the other three players on your team.
