I hopped on MWO for the first time in a couple of months since the new skill tree update has come out and didn't receive a refund for my modules. My buddy said he was refunded a good chunk of cbills for his modules.
Is this a bug and if so is there a way someone at PGI that can fix it for me?

If you want help with this, post a picture of your refund ledger.
From what I've noticed, most folks that have claimed not to get a refund (or to get the wrong refund) have all their refunds, they just aren't expecting them in GSP instead of Cbills (or vice versa)

How modules were refunded depends on when they were brought. Prior to Mechcon 2016, or after. You can either receive GSP or cbills, or both if you have purchased modules before and after said Mechcon.
Plus everyone should get quite some GXP too, which is the least important thing.
