Today noticed that after tied game, victory on tug of war was given to IS.
Interested if others have encountered similar behaviour.

Rules are the same as for Tukayyid, any tie becomes victory for I.S. if I.S. holds the planet, it will be interesting to see if the victory goes to them if a clan holds a planet.
