Top row:

Roman Numeral Device (for multiple awards), Arrow Device (for earning a ribbon as part of a major campaign), Horn Device (for special occasions)

2nd Row:

Medal of Valor (a rare medal for extreme heroics)

3rd Row:

Medal of Service (for notable non-combat service to the 3rd Amphigean), Merit Medal (awarded to high-performing officers and NCOs), Order of David (Awarded to light 'mech pilots who defeat a 60+ ton 'mech in single combat or medium 'mech pilots who defeat an 80+ ton 'mech in single combat. Must be verified by commanding officer), Conquest Ribbon (given for survival in a successful planetary invasion), Order of Damocles (Awarded to provisional NCOs and Officers).

4th Row: Amphigean Ribbon (Awarded for completing a combat mission with the 3rd Amphigean), Time in Service Ribbon (Awarded yearly for continuing, active membership in the 3rd ALAG. Stripes added for first five years, after that numerals), Basic Training Ribbon, NCO Training Ribbon, Officer Training Ribbon (criteria for reward to be decided).
