I honestly didn't expect this to happen so soon....First the Mk II, now the Arctic Wolf and Nova Cat! Like this is the majority of my want list since first started playing years ago....

So so as far as mechs now?

Well honestly my IS list oddly is larger then my Clan list now...but I view my.Clan List as needs over wants now

We Clans still need...
1 to 2 - 20 tonners
1 55 Tonner
1 60 Tonner
1 80 Tonner
1 95 Tonner

IS though, all the MW4 nostalgia pretty much....

What do you old timers do once your list is truly full and only feel marginal interest in future chassis? :(
(Honeslty just want to see the artworks more then buy them all, some I will though)

Well, once your want list is empty, you find more wants.

https://docs.google....#gid=1599258884

I do it by just putting every mech in the universe into a spreadsheet and looking at hardpoints.

So...

20 tonner - Firemoth or Piranha (though personally I'm a Firemoth fanatic)
55 tonner - Black Lanner for sure
60 tonner - i dunno I haven't gotten this far yet. Anybody wanna help me populate the list? =3

For some reason I think it will be years, if ever, that I will be able to get the two mechs I desire--Blood Kite, and Longbow.

Eh maybe. But new mech pack every 3 months or so...if PGI does well they can and should do a meta chassis and nostalgia chassis every pack imo (assuming 4 packs from now on.)

Also, 60 tonner Thresher?

For 80 tonner
Warhammer IIC or Phoenixhawk IIC

95 tonner?
Turkina?

Personally, I thought MW4 was the weakest in the series, but eventually grew on me - not because of the artwork, but because it was the only Mechwarrior game with character development outside of the player.

I wish that the time jump had been to the Jihad period instead, though. All of the aformentioned Mechwarrior 4 mechs, plus new WoB goodies like the Celestials... Plus the Jihad went against the grain; Instead of "The adventures of Posted Image vs all the other losers", it started by pitting everyone against everyone. Also it created some fly-by-night faction I think was involved in the clickytech game we try to ignore mostly, but at least it's someone new hogging the limelight, even if nobody pays attention to them.

Need to read up one the Thresher to see.

Warhammer and PHawk IIC is gonna cause huge rage and flame throughout the fourms and the spheriod chat for weeks unend. Warhammer bringing the Warhammer benefits in a Clan assault, PHawk the Prime alone will bring KDK3 levels of salt, and the other variants have well place highmounts to make use of good builds other than the 2 & 4 that our missile boats.

Kingfisher let's just add the turkey's assault please already, before the Blood Asp bum rush through the doors...

Old timer... I'm only in my mid 30's.

Still I'd love to see some older units like these:

Stinger: Energy and Ballistic mech, jumpy 20t... likely engine cap of 170-180 (meaning near Locust speed, with 6 JJ's)
Posted Image

Wasp: Energy and Missile mech, jumpy 20t... likely engine cap of 170-180 (meaning near Locust speed, with 6 JJ's)
Posted Image

Crusader: 65t, tons of variants ranging from the slow but stealthy 7L to the walking ammo bomb of the 3R.

Posted Image

Charger: Now here is an interesting animal, Fast and under gunned or a walking terror, all with a simple change in engine sizes... Personally I enjoy using a combined lance of A5's and A9's.

Posted Image

Now for some newer mechs...

Templar: this could actually be a good IS Omni, small ST's big sheild arms, 340 XL means she's quick but balanced...
Posted Image

And lastly, since I fell in love with the Bushwacker, I'd like it's better offspring, the Gauntlet.

The Prime version with both MASC and a Supercharger? Yes please!

Just finish up the remaining MW2 mechs in the next three months and I'll be pretty happy. Not sure if they are going to make a Rifleman IIC and Warhammer IIC together in a pack now, or they are going to go ahead and do a combination of the Firemoth and Rifleman IIC based off of popular votes. I'm going to guess the later since PGI is choosing the three most popular mechs + whatever odd end they choose basing it off the civil war packs. The RFL-IIC was the next off the list of popular clan heavies and the Firemoth are going to be next.

Mainly only reasons not putting money on those is as I posted up above, filling in weight classes is imo a larger priority atm. Specially for the single tonnage or none in tonnage range
