In the mechlab, the Clan ER Large Laser is currently displayed as generating 11 heat, compared to the old 10 heat that it has had for the long time. The issue here is that this change was not listed in the patch notes thread at all:

Is this a bug/typo or was the Clan ERLL intended to have its heat increased?

Hmm... would actually make sense that they increased heat. The whole time since patch notes I was amazed they didn't nerf the ERLL harder.
