How'd You Build Your Kaiju?

Brawler's not that good, cause of the stupid team nascaring, i couldn't get in range fast enough, or survive long enough to do that much damage up close.
I tried 4x PPC, but it was met with so much free space, but at the same time i couldn't get enough heat-sinks when massed.
Now i'm using 2x LRM10A + 2x UAC5 + 4x ML, and STD 325 with 4 DHS and 1 AMS. Kind of works okay, i can dakka and lurm at the same time, fight at mid range too.

Alternately, I might build around a heavy gauss and 4 LPPC or something similar.

6 arm Meds and a AC20/guass = Bounty Hunter without its JJs or range.
4 PPC = 3R without its lower arm actuators.
Pulse and SRMs = 5D without JJs or speed.
So yeah.. I don't know what you could do that's more efficient for the 100t bracket.

And to say I got it for the PPC quirks,... Maybe when I've levelled it.

what
std 150 ? look son, get a 250 at minimum... tho id say a 300 or 320 should be fine for 6 ml + 2lbx10 those internal heatsinks are a must and you need that speed.

Whoops, that should be STD 350. Sorry for the typo. With STD 150 I doubt I'd ever reach combat before the match was over.

So... you need to think long-range... but the good thing is that the KC is pretty XL friendly and has lots of armor...
I find you need some balance and some long-range reach... so fun builds have been
2LPLs, 1TAG, 3MLs, 2AC2s, 2LRM15s... 350XL
2LPLs, 1TAG, 3MLs, 1GAUSS, 1LRM15, 1LRM10... 350XL
3LPLs, 1UAC5, 1AC5, 3MPLs... 360xl.... runs too hot most of the time but can be effective
6MLs, 2UAC5s, 340ST, 2LRM 10s (I think that was it...)
OK new fun build: 360xl, Gauss, 2PPCs, 2LPLs... 17DHS... put the 2PPCs on the right side and shoot with the Gauss... sniper fun!

Same problem actually. I think the issue stems largely from the nature of a 100-tonner, being so slow, that you're too slow to get to the fight early, or survive the trip long enough.

Yeah. The Kaiju would be SO MUCH better if it had 1 ballistic and 1 missile on each torso and not 2 and 2. You could then use much more versatile combinations of ballistics. Dual gauss or dual AC20 with 6 ML or MPL would be very nice to pilot.
Actually, just about all variants of KGC would be better if the torsos were symmetric.

Better? Yes. OP? I think so.
