Went to run repair tool , MWO portal version, 3 times now each time the program locks up. It's running in 32 bit. Used be option to run the game in 64 bit mode but not seeing that when check portal.
Core i7, 3.5 ghz standard 4.2 when running MWO. Windows 10 free version upgrade from windows 8. 32 gig gamming ram. 2 hard drives one SSD which MWO is stored on and one 2 tb hard drive which game movies go to.

Drill down to your MWO folder, into the Bin32 folder and run the MWORepairTool from there.
Or on the Portal, there are two way to get to its RepairTool. Do not right click on the triple line, right click on MWO.
Review the directory it says it is going to scan. If it does not match your actual MWO folder, then Portal is not linked to your actual MWO folder.

Portal has the Repair Tool stored in its own folder. If the user had previously installed MWO before portal, the repairtool in the Bin32 should still be there.
But it does take some time to check those pak files, especially the larger ones..
