Seriously, I have nothin but respect for ISEN and hope one day to be worthy to join but come on.... its a pic.... and not a great one at that. Orange-y and Blue is a very specific colour taste too isn't it? Not sure who thought that one up but I'm an admirer of the unit for its record not its colours. Just seems like a tantrum no one cared about. If u need a fight I'll face u? At least it would put my name up for possible recruitment

I've already missed 4 games because of work this pass week, if I preordered a mech pack would the bonus redeems make up for those four missed so that I can get the full 150 at the end? Just curious..

I think it would Heck, if you did all the preorders you wouldn't have to do any of the games.

um it sounds to me like its in addition to

the preorder bags are added to the normal std bags allowing for beyond max limit of us freebies

Yes, but the preorder bonus still apply to the "Pick your own" thing. So if you have 15 games, and 5 bonus draws, you'd qualify for the first "pick your own"

I think that's what he was getting at, anyway.

PGI, love the event but just a few things.

Instead of 3 days, why didn't you make it 7 days. Most people have to work and it's hard to hit 10 games a day on average. Weekend can be for catching up.

Also this highlights just how useless supply crates are. These loot bags are far far far better than anything I've had from my last 20 supply crates. You are failing from a business persective with supply crates. Just get rid of those light blue items full stop and watch how people start using MC's for keys again.

Finally can you make the unlocks based on games played rather than loot bags achieved, for those who can play more, can release these items quicker

I know I am in a minority, but I would seriously love me some extra supply caches as rewards.
I've got keys out the wazoo, but nothing to use them on, I've opened something like 100-200 by now and always open them.

You want to make the rewards more attractive? Change out GXP for GSP.

You can use GXP but it cost cbills now... GSP you can use free and clear.

What the hell can I possibly do with those? :/

Can't exactly make something motivational like "Follow Me!" or "Get Good!" or "Unforgiving" or something...

Most I can come up with is "Alpha Assault" from Mechwarrior 2...

yea woud definitly a good thing to get more people into testing out new stuff.
But on the other hand its allready kinda rewarding beeing able to see the upcoming stuff in action totally OP and out of balance, i only say equipment health point changes ))

I am, however, incorporating the feedback into the next time we use "Loot-bags" and/or "pick a prize".
The cool thing about "Pick a Prize" is it can be used with other formats as well.
Such as a Faction Play Event where the reward is a Faction Pattern of your choice for the mech of your choice...

Same here. In fact I planned to not redeem any word at all. But hey, free is free they say!

Ok so for colors, glad we had Jon McFuzzy who took time to search all the colors for us and posted this but not everyone will read this thread and find his post. Maybe add the link so people can have a look what color they want then know the name to select.

Do you mean ingame? Because all words are in word category, so to find them, you select that category, then scroll down by alphabet order for the right word.

In fact, they also seem to have the "word" in their name too if you look at the "all decals" list. So I don't really understand what do you mean.


What can you do with the words given. Well for example "LRM BOAT". Yeah it's not crazy awesome text, but you can either mark your LRM boats with it, OR, use it in sarcastic way in non-LRM boat.




As for general feedback, this is nice easy event. I find it funny a bit to receive GPX as I just looked, I received a refund of 455k on the skill tree, and I currently have 603k of it. I will never be able to really use any of that, and it just keeps stockpiling up. So for me and many others it's the same thing as receiving same Y letter decal over and over.

I really like specially the color prices and that you can choose what you get. I got some examples of most primary colors but I'm still lacking yellow, though not for very long thanks to the event.

They just fixed it, I was talking on the event page where you redeem, in drop down list it was only showing Alpha, Boat, etc. and this first time I tried to locate those I could not. Then someone told me it was down below starting with WORD.

I have a complaint most dire and urgent, the highest of top priorities that must be addressed immediately. I've been trying to get the Duct Tape Hanging Item advertised as one of the possible loot items. You see, I have an urbanmech that I enjoy very much, and I have an Urbanmech Stein and Urbanmech Warhorns, and I've considered the Duct Tape to be the perfect hanging item for it's interiors. I was very excited when one of the loot boxes I've opened displayed "Duct Tape Hanging Item".

However, it turns out I have suffered a deception most vile, a wretched betrayal, as PGI has given me a Duct Tape Standing Item in the game itself instead. I have been ousted, scorned, betrayed, dragged into the streets and shot by those I've most trusted!

I hereby demand my Duct Tape Hanging Item (Or maybe just proper labeling of your loot box items).

It might not be critical, but I'd really appreciate a countdown timer on the 3 day windows so it was clear where we are and how much time is left.
