LGauss ammo is neither affected by one or two nodes of Magazine Capacity. Pls to fix.

I've been bringing this up since 6/28, the day PTS opened I opened a thread on it.....but never saw a response or change even when they patched days later. Not sure what's up with that...

Its a feature to show people another reason not to use the light gauss.
