Can't see an option to chose a variant in the dropdown menu, only chassis type. Is it random?

No, you only get a camo pattern for that chassis

Yeah, I gotta break the news to my buddy. He is convinced that he'll be getting two new Mechs by the end of this event.

Frankly, getting new patterns is way cooler than getting new mechs Mechs can be bought with C-Bills, while patterns can't. Really looking forward to putting Fractal on a pair of my mechs... although I haven't decided which ones yet. I love the way Fractal looks in combination with Ghost Bear Grey which I already own. Gives the mech a real military-style camo look:

Well, I got roughly 150 MC from first 30 pags so that buys a few one shot patterns too.

Some mechs though, they really need a camo pattern to paint them complelely. I don't know some are like that, they are mostly Clan mechs.

I have to say, pretty generous of them to do unlocking for the chassis. When I read it, I though the reward was going to be equal to a one shot.

Now to decide which one to get for the Dragon chassis, since I own each one and will be using them more with LFE. Phranken or Fractal...
