That's because they rarely speak up... over the last few years I've heard a multitude of languages including several Eastern European, different romantic languages, German, Russian etc. I quite frequently sit on unit comms where not a word of English is spoken - strangely very few of them ever speak on the in game voice system.

If you bother to go look its not hard to find...

A bit funnier when you realize its a call out to a Rocket Jump video from years ago that they actually put into a game as legitimate DLC,
