Very Rarely on mechs without ECM.

If I have the 'spare' points I do like Seismic, but it is a low priority.

Radar Derp I dont skill anymore. While LRMs are annoying, I don't really find them too much of a consistent problem to worry about putting points into Radar Derp.

But then again even on my Hvy and Assualts I am a bit addicted to the Mobility Tree.
