Current Event "Shoot and Loot" gives extra prizes if you have bought one of the following packages:

• If you own a Clan wave 2 and 3 HERO pre-order you will receive 5 bonus Loot Bags per Hero 'Mech pre-ordered (up to 45 Loot Bags in total).

• If you own any level of the Osiris/Nova Cat/Arctic Wolf/Nightstar pre-order pack you will automatically receive 25 bonus Loot Bags.

Errr, what happened to the Civil war packs? (uziel/TWmk2 etc) Why only the Civil War escalation packs get a bonus?

Didn't the Clan wave 2&3 Hero package and iiC hero package come out before these?

Yes, Civil War packs came earlier, and the lootbag related bennies for those preorders came (and went) during the Lucky Charms lootbag event.

Others already pointed out why. But your post brings up an interesting point though. So I spend $20 on the Mad Dog hero I get 5 loot bag chances. That comes with only 1 mech (but with CBill bonus), one mech bay, and one cockpit goodie.

I spend the same amount on a Artic Wolf preorder I get 25 loot bags. With that I get 3 mechs, 3 mech bays, 30 day premium time activated, 3 cockpit goodies, and early adopter rewards (3 colors, 2 decals, cockpit item, 6.5M CBills, and that...camo?)

Seem like even event rewards for $20?

Dang!!!! I missed reaching into my loot bags too. :-(. I just tried the link, saw my bags, but I guess they are all past their expiration date and have somehow spoiled. Odd they being virtual property and all...

I just checked. I bought the package end of April/Start of May. Still in time for the early adopters rewards but after the lucky charm event finished.

So the page loads up bonus loot bags for me to see that I would never have been able to open...

"The Loot Bags will disappear on April 10th at 10 AM PST (5:00 PM UTC)! "

You would think they would roll them on, especially as the early adopters rewards went significantly past the event.
