TOO many pilots put too much into these events, Just play the game as normal and rewards will come.
Loot bags and prize selections are freebies, altho I a very pleased to see colours and camos offered as a choice.

You can also still preorder one of the escalation packs for 25 drops that count toward the total.

Probably better to try it slower over a longer period of time. Since I wanted the nightstar anyways, will prob use that to bolster the ones I missed.

It is nice to get the rewards mind you, but you could miss this event and be just fine.

The reward is off of matches, the bags are a separate thing. You can still rock out 150 matches in a day, on the last day as far as I know. The reward bags are based off of days, and aren't exactly awe shattering.

It's alot slower to do the event grind than it used to be with the new map voting mechanic, but still, launch with an event mech, drop, hit 'o' and hold 'w', get your points in an move to the next mech. Pretty quick for me. (Note: an 'Event mech' is any mech that can deal 200 damage before their own override blows 'em up.)

MWO is too boring to play constantly and I'm not wasting my free time doing something so monotonous for prizes that are worth mere cents.
This. I was having 10x more fun playing 4v4 on PTS till they shut it down.
12v12 has gotten really boring. Playing 4v4 has just made me wish they would go back to 8v8 for quickplay.
Because you get way more tactical games when you have less mechs on the map. And a lot of the maps just feel like they arnt big enough to accommodate 12v12 anyway.

Aye. I did my 10 for the day easily last night, in fact I might have done 15? Couple hours, doesn't take long.
That said the colours are average at best, so I'm not really worried if I miss out here/there as I've got heaps of MC/CBills sitting there. I will continue with my 5 colours after 20 months of playing

It's a finite maximum, not a must do each day total.
The most I've done over a three day period is 22, the second three days was less than 10.

What do you mean? If you do 27 games the first three day block you're screwed. You can't catch up or am I missing something?

Yup. Not even trying. With my schedule I knew it would be an impossibility. I try and play daily, I get about an hour if I am lucky. I'm rarely that lucky.

Then again, we also get quite some MC worth out of it,...
