Damage isn't registering among other things.

Which server?
I noticed Oceanic server comes up more often when I play East Coast NA mornings, hardest server for me to play on.

Working as intended.

Funny thing with the HSR....if it's not registering something, that means it's registering something else much better. Example: If your PPCs are passing through the target, switch to ballistics. Normally ACs and SRMs will be hitting hard at that point. Same same laser vomit.

Sometimes when you disconnect, the peeking and shooting you thought you were doing for a minute before that did not register because it only happened in your time-bubble.

Yep, I can attest to this, was in the same match as Jonny Z at least once and it was wonky.
I blame the high ping players (200-300 ms), probably oceanic.

Playing early morning hours is almost always messed up in the worste ways. The game could not appear more broken at these times.

I hope this gets looked into because the numbers will show it very easily. Damage not registering among others.
Its really bad.

I can only imagine what a new player must think if he goes through this. Let me assure anyone that this happens to others because its done to well not to be practiced a lot. 110% for sure. I took the time to look into it. Posted Image This sort of thing could not be any worse than what is happening in early hours game play. This needs looked at seriously. Posted Image

Just sounds to me like you were playing on a more distant server or people further away were connecting to you local one.

Welcome to the life of someone in Australia, for large chucks of the day you are stuck playing on the NA, or worse EU, servers with a ping of 250-350.

Hell, even on Oceanic the best ping most of us get here is 120.

Stuck?

I find 250ms ping no worries to play with. You get used to it.

I have after action screen dump with johnny in it, he didn't do so great damage wise in a 100 tonner while I got over 1k damage on a ping of 330+, in a 65 ton mech, I call skill issue.

As i pointed out before, you cant tell if its your bad reg or if its their skill tree choices. I reckon that was at least a factor in their thinking in introducing it in the first place.

Yeah 250 is delayed, but fine, once you get used to that latency effect on the game, but jumping between 50 and 250 can be disorienting to that sort of feeling of normality and make the gap seem much more than it really is. And at 250 there definitely is delay.

I did notice a pair of cERPPC shots fail to register when hitting a Cicada in the backside the other day, but that's about the only bit of bad hit registration I've had in ages.

Pretty much every time I miss, it is due to crappy aim (and my aim is quite crappy).

The last month I've noticed a lot more warping than usual and I've got 40 ms rock steady so I don't think it's me. It's always happened now and then but now it's more frequent. The other day there was a Viper that teleported 20 m. for every 40 he ran,
impossible to hit.

SRM hitreg seems off too. I was fighting a Cicada in my Huggin. 2xSRM4 Artemis. We had similar top speed so I was behind him at maybe 40-60 m the whole time and he wasn't dodging that much. It was one of those situations where it looks like in a fighter plane, your opponent is kind of gently floating in your sights because there isn't much relative movement between the mechs. I fired 4 SRM salvos and kept the machine guns going. It was so close and so little movement that at least 80% of my fire hit the center of his back. Still his armor only turned yellow.
