Take a look at this comparison picture, its been brought up before and NEEDS to be fixed even if its not on the platter of fixes right now.
Do you see it?

No, Im not talking about the way to inward angled legs of the Uziel. Its the mech its compared too.
The Novas left arm/ shoulder. Yeah I bet you have noticed it and I do want to see minor corrections to different mechs geometry in the future, among this glaring one.

Its absurd, but I havent even piloted my Novas because of that, irks me too much, OCD or whatnot. I love my novas. Its just so annoying to see the Nova in this shape. I think it happened after a patch, possible the one which added the tons of fixes among 60% less MG cone spread.

While Im at it. Weapon geometry layouts, need to be updated aswell. Among them the Mad Dogs non-mirrored missile bays, especially the center left ones. Mostly for LRM payload, but I think the same for SRM too.

How can these things happen?? I've seen youtubers, when mechlabbing Novas and Mad Dogs showing these same faults. So it isnt an isolated issue. All have these.

Thanks to the kinda old thread makers who pointed this out

Hope these oversights gets fixed asap, its just unnecessary and annoying. Future patches after the CW content have settled I hope.

You do realize that if you're PILOTING the mech, you won't be able to see ANY of that, right?

So instead of NOT piloting your Nova because of that itsy-bitsy-teeny-tiny problem, maybe you should ALWAYS pilot the Nova.

That way you can't see the problem, and you won't have to take your meds for an ocd flair up.

Your welcome.

It not like the enemy is seeing it either because the in game resolutions and textures are good enough to display detail like that without close inspection. However I do kind of understand the OPs feelings. My Mauler, I think 1P which mounts 4 x AC/2s has a similar issue and it drives me nuts when looking at it in the mech bay. Basically the gun casing is missing from one of the AC/2s and all that shows is the barrel. Looks goofy as hell.

My ocd comment was kinda overboard. Exeggerating, not piloting a mech beause of it, no noticable performonce as far as I know.
Might be that Im afraid they will just dust it under the carpet.
I do find it odd, leaving things in-game hanging broken or out of place. Sure no need to be top priority to fix such things, yes there are more important things. Game balance and so on.

It's more a matter of designs not quite being finished, but are functional enough to drop to the bottom of the fix pile.

Visuals like the OP qualify.

the mechlab poses are not the same as the ingame animations. like if you ever build a ballistic bone jag, in the mech lab you notice that the guns in the arms are pointed upwards while the one in the st hardpoint are straight. of course once you take the mech in game all the guns line up unless you unlock your arms.

Honestly i made a post about the novas arm as well! Guess they overlooked it but they need to fix it the left arm for sure. Its not symmetrical. One arm looks like a lazy arm. It was changed when they nerfed the novas arm so the 3 bottom laser points are knuckledraggers.

No, I really don't. Whatever it is you're trying to point out as an issue, it's not apparent to me.

For now consider that battle damage from when you were still learning how to drive a Mech and ran into a building. Call Maintenance. Oh. I guess that's what you were doing. Good luck.

i know we're technically talking about the nova here, but about that first pic. those two mechs are the same tonnage, right?

...right?

CAUSE THE POOR UZIEL is double the other mech's size. twice the target, same tonnage, half the lifespan.
