Hey folks its been real fun reading up on the forums and getting to see some of the gameplay footage and hoping to see my Beta Status change from Pending to Invited. The game looks amazing and I have been waiting for a long time for a good Mech game but I cant keep hanging round hoping for a slot. The Razer Controller looks awesome. Take care and have fun folks.

Hmm..... you do realise that the beta invites are currently only going out to founders?

If you want a chance to receive an invite currently or on August 7th you'll need to buy the founder's pack.

Otherwise, you'll just have to wait for the open beta.

Right now, Beta invites are only going out to people who purchased a Founders package, and they should all be in the closed Beta by August 7... after they are in, I do not know if there will be additional Beta invites before the open Beta... but hang it there... that Pending light will go out eventually (sure hope mine does soon...)

Be strong and don't give in! Wait til the game releases or you get an actual invite outside of the privledged group!

Lol what does this even mean?? is it like a threat to PGI like hey guys sorry u lost my attention take care everyone have fun im off to greener pastures!!! Its his first post ever so i doubt you did much on the forums, didnt even read enough to know that you could have access in less than 2 weeks with a 30 dollar purchase. Also, you wouldnt come back when the game is available to everyone?? haha i bet you do and i cant wait to core you in my jenner.

Not all of us "Newbies" are trolls. I've been playing table top for over 15 years and am excited about this game. I have been off and on again comming here, but today I decided to sign up and become a founder. Look forward to seeing all on line!

hmm...i cant see anything "trolling" in his post. looks to me like a nice and friendly "hello community, im here!" post. maybe we are suspicious because we are not used to friendly people without a realy evil plan to conquer/destoy the universe?
