When you attempt to place decals on the Mad Cat MKII, they are lower than they were supposed to be. Just something I noticed when I was trying to correctly align some decals on the legs and arms.

Seems like it drops it by about 3 'movement increments' (not sure what to really call them, each one is between 2 and 3 pixels in actual size, that's just how far each step of movement is when placing decals) on my 1600x900 monitor.

I can confirm this behavior, nearly impossible to place decals at the right spot on my Mad Cat MKII's :(

Confirmed. No matter where I try to place a decal, it would snap to a different spot in that area.
