I just spent 40 dollars buying madcat bundle on this website. How do I get the mechs in game? They are not showing up.

Try logging out then back into the game.

Check to make sure it is not just like the issue I had today. My Hero MC2 had the graphic for a Battlemaster. Threw me off for a minute. Hope that is all it is and you can play your new mechs!

As McHaggis said, new mechs have a tendency to display their icons as another mech. Adjust your filters then click around for a bit till you find it.

They only inject Mechs once every hour, last I knew.

You have to wait till the top of the hour before injections most of the time. If you don't get them in 20 minutes and you must enter a match or training grounds or reopen the client for them to appear when they do, if not contact support.

It could take an hour or several. I know years back they only injected new purchases once a day, so you'd have to wait until tomorrow. Dunno if that's still true, might be every hour on the hour now.
