this might sounds bit silly but my Right side Rotary AC/5 refuse to work on my right mouse button (group 1)

anyone other experience this?

my dumb mouse the button 2 will not work if I am holding down the mouse 3 button

or if I am holding the mouse 2 (right) button down the mouse 3 button does not work

is that your problem (since you have to hold the RAC buttons down for such a long time for them to work)

Also make sure you dot have chain fire on if you do the rac will never fire
