Repair Tool Freezing?

Game crashed on me, now I can't get it to launch at all. I log in and it just freezes up every time.

trying to use the repair tool but it also freezes at either 36 or 39.

this happening to anyone else?

yep for like 3hrs yesterday

My solution to that was to run the old patcher. It complained about not using the portal but it actually downloaded and finished the patch.
