Couldnt find this information in one place anywhere so I made one myself, got the info off smurfys site he has a nice table format to see an overview of mechs there.

first of all inner sphere, which can also equip stealth armor on these mechs.

so you can install that on a different base chassis

Hellbringer HBR-Prime

Assault:
Marauder IIC MAD-11C-D

Just to add because Chaossaur did not expressly say it, at current the Clans do not have access to Stealth Armor, that is IS exclusive for now, and even if Clans do someday get Stealth Armor only Battlemechs would be able to fit it, Omnimechs ^{(at current all Clan Mechs except the IIC Mechs, Kodiak and Supernova)} would not unless they came with it stock.

just want to add, Griffin 2n and the raven 3L(C) are also ecm capable..
i would assume there are a few others not listed but i dont want to search each mech in the store, plus how many mech packs might have a few tucked away.

You just necroed a thread from July that was using information from Smurfy that was out of date. There are more than 6 Clan mechs+variants with ECM right now.

Lorewise, Stealth Armor is a Capellan attempt to recreate the Star League era Null Signature System. No other powers get to play with it until Federated Suns steal the designs in 3071.

And you're right, Clanners technically have the tech and know-how to produce and use Null Signature Systems but have voluntarily ceased both due to seeing it as dishonorable.
