Without delving into maths and XML files, I noticed that the new UAC/20 has greater DPS even than -20% CD quirked AC/20. Of course the latter has less pin point damage and is a bit hotter.

So what do you think of the new UAC/20, especially compared to the old AC/20? I still think that AC/20 needs to have GH limit of 2.

GHost heat needs to go away.
period.

There are much more potent choices, and AC-20 isn't it.

It is a joke that you cant put together kgc with its iconic weaponry.
im also for removing gh on ac20.

As for uac20, it obsoletes ac20 as it should...its not a bad thing, it should be that way, theres a reason clans have no regular acs but instead they went with lbx and uac.

Well, AC20 is much better if you're afraid of jamming the UAC20

but in terms of DPS, obviously UAC20 is far more better..

I personally dislike having to gamble on a jam chance but its a nice option. Totally support removal of GH on up to 2 x AC20`s.

Ghost heat for AC20 needs to just go away entirely. 40 points of PPFLD at ~300m isn't that impressive anymore, and a limit of two is completely redundant because nothing in the game can carry more than two anyway.

The IS still needs its PPFLD AC/20 to be useful because the Clan has nothing similar.

It's to keep the IS good at certain things while also preserving the two different flavors.

How fast does is uac20 fire entire burst?? 0.33s?? not even locust can twist it out effectively.

But sure claim its ppfld is worth it, ill stay by uacs.

I would say the standard AC/20 is better in several respects over the UAC/20. first being the Alpha strike, 20 pinpoint damage to one component and a potential 60 damage crit is massive. There's also the fact that the UAC/20 is burst fire, which will spread your damage if your target is moving and results in taking longer to kill the target if their shielding or fast moving. Also, in addition for burst fire, It requires more face time and less shielding with the longer burst and double tap so you will be taking more damage and losing more armor.

That's why I don't use the UAC/20 myself, If it was a two shot burst instead of three I would. The UAC/5 and 10 are the better choices in my opinion.
