So I went to the store to buy warhorns, couldn't find a warhorns tab, so guess ill be saving my money since pgi's interface isn't noob friendly.

Warhorns are mounted items...so, they're in the 'mounted' tab.

And it helps a lot when you select first mounted, then on the submenu select warhorns.

Can't. But you can equipt them temporarely and then remove.

Uhh they do have a window where all the sale stuff is kept right on the main store page. Also you just go into your Cockpit window and go to mounted and see all the warhorns there ...heck you can even test them out!

It has its worth not only just it sounds great, but mainly as an appreciation item from PGI, some way to say "Thank you" to people who SUPPORTED 2016 MWO Championships.
You can support them now and get new supporter warhorm which is still really good and what's more it is unique.
Let's do not depreciate the value of uniqe items.

Although I do agree with your statement, I personally would be ok if they place them on sale after the conclusion of this years championship, followed by this year's one going on sale after next years' etc. That way it's always at least a year out of date, and it really does sound great and I would not feel it loosing value if more people use it.

you can buy warhorns direct from the store if they are on sale. just scroll past the mechs that are on sale

This is exactly the argument, imparable, which will finally lead PGI to pay a real oriented object analyse of their GUI, something explaining:

"What players are searching in the mechlab" example: where are my engines ? still unable to know if i own a XL280 or not, nor in which mech it can be.

Until now, that was only poor work, with very few enhancement last change.

But, PGI are pretty good for money making, and here, someone explain clearly how their poor design choice LIMIT their own buizness...

I bought the warhorn last year as part of the support pack. I can understand the idea of keeping it locked for a while, but at a certain point its just plain selfish to keep it locked. What do you get by preventing other people from getting access to that warhorn? What do you get by keeping other supporters from getting that warhorn? I'm asking because I'm trying to understand the exclusionist mentality that wants to deny access 8 months after the supporter benefits expired.

So, where's the 50% sale on mech bays? Without spending $, these MC are hard to come by.

When you buy your 2017 supporter pack, you should be able to choose which supporter warhorn you want, this year's, or any past one.

Separately, I would also consider letting players buy more supporter packs, or at least be able to add additional warhorns at $5 each, and then just say that half of whatever we spend goes to the prize pool. Letting players possess only 1 supporter pack, and thus one warhorn is limiting when it needn't be. If a player wants to buy/contribute repeatedly, they should be able to.

edit: Oh and is there an audio sample of the 2017 warhorn somewhere that we can hear?

We have already had 2 mech bay sales this year, next one is not due till november based on previous years.
