I also agree about tanking damage. I think full rewards should be added for losing armor and structure. The more you lose before dying the more you get. People need to learn to ******* torso twist already.

Yes, incentivizing tanking will diversify the role pool and provide more than one way to show off your awesomeness. Then, they can work on making supporting roles more satisfying and we'll finally be closer to having the holy trinity of gaming that, y'know, makes games like Overwatch work so well--their support and frontline roles are robust and multi-faceted. So your aim sucks? Fine, maybe you'll kick *** with another character that isn't so twitch-aim reliant.
MWO needs more of that role diversity, and tanking (imo) is the best place to start.

I think we should have more informative stats that give a clear picture of your performance and performance of others when it comes to contributing to victory and less information that are unclear and will give people who do not have the necessary knowledge to know this (and this is the vast majority of players) a misrepresentative insight into the workings of this game and what is required to perform well or simply remove focus from the goal of the game and the teamwork required to do so.
Or short: Remove all stats.
