No, the IS needs the Dragon Fire to compete against the best Clan heavies. http://www.sarna.net/wiki/Dragon_Fire

There is a huge discussion of its necessity in this thread already. https://mwomercs.com...be-dragon-fire/

I think we can hold off in the heavies on both sides atm, and fill up on others, we got the Thantos coming in at 75 tons do we need another?

Also the Ostsol is interesting now even more that it look more like Pickle Rick, but it on the slow side a bit. Also I can't take heads or tails on how it hitbox will be.

Dead serious discussion.

Ostsol please!

Not slow! 5/8 standard, a few slower/faster.

Can make use of original and new tech!

PICKLE MECH!

I prefer the Ostroc myself (Blessed Blake's ride*), but I would not say no to the Ostsol.

* yeeeeees, I know it's just a canon rumour and certainly wrong.

I've hoped for both in the past numerous times.

But after seeing Pickle Rick in action...looks closer to the Ostsol IMHO.

Either or both would have me sending cash PGI's way.

I think it's high time we had some Periphery state mechs (within timeline and tech limits of course). Toro for one of them.

If we are going Periphery, it should be the Brigand. We need jumpy 25t Mechs.

You mean like the:

Battle Master
Marauder
Warhammer
Griffin
Wolverine
Shadow Hawk
Phoenix Hawk
Wasp
Stinger
Archer
Crusader
Rifleman
Goliath
Scorpion
Valkyrie

With the recent BS occurring yet again, I'm sure that is why I'll never get to drive an Ost in MWO.

Still one can hope/dream.

I am fully in support of Pickle Rick coming to this game.

No. No it is not. Well at least, I could have sworn it had a previous description entailing it's faulty construction.
Looking at it now, it seems quite viable. Weird af.

Humanoid which I prefer, JJ, energy build and a lot of variants which makes it easier to put them in the game. Oh, and it has a slightly feminine shape to the hips for diversity and such.

What's not to like?
