Done all 3 marks in the Damage Dealer Goal section. There all checked but I'm not getting the +1 Black Radio Warhorn reward for it. Thought maybe it needed time but I'm getting rewards from other things I've done and its still unchecked despite the other 3 showing green check offs.

Having the same issue, although now the Damage Dealer name has been replaced by a second Teamwork on the event page.

I too have that issue; although I've got three green check marks in that section, it only says 2/3 complete.

To be fair, I do not know if I had actually done 10k damage yet, but I wasn't counting.

In a possibly related problem, though I was holding a TAG laser on at least 4 mechs when they died, that particular challenge still shows 0/2 for me. (Edit) Though the event explanation does not say so, do you actually have to get the kill yourself for it to count? (In which case, I could swear I should still be at 1/2, but maybe not)

Edit the second: I have now absolutely qualified for that challenge. In one match I killed 4 mechs while tagging them. The only thing I did not do was hit them with LRMs, which, again, the challenge does not seem to require.
(one was shut down while dying, so I can see that might not count, but the others...)

I used my Huntsman with streak 6's and Tag. You must get the kill while using tag. You'll see "Tag Kill" popup on screen or at the end of match it will show it as well.

So, basically, somebody needs to kill that target with lock-on missiles while you hold TAG on them, got it.

Sigh. I wish it had said that in the description, something like "Get TAG Kill credit" would have been simple enough.
And now I see that they've changed the challenge description to add the phrase "missile lock killed".
